Our factory has obtained BSCI certification, Disney certification (ILS Social Compliance Audit), and Chinese government-approved pollution discharge permit. Our materials and various products have inspection reports, and we receive patent certificates annually for our structural ODM products.

For price quotes on samples, please provide clear photos of both front and back, with specific dimensions and weight marked. This allows us to calculate accurate prices.

Provide us with a simple sketch and tell us the product's application. Our design department can create 3D designs for your confirmation and quote. ​

• Sample time: Usually 7-12 days after design confirmation. Complex products may require additional discussion.

• Mold cost: Standard single-piece mold costs 70 USD, two-piece set costs 120 USD. Complex molds require separate discussion.

• Materials: Most clients choose zinc alloy, some iron, and copper for special high-quality requirements.

First-time orders with new molds can be under 100 pieces. Second orders require 500 pieces minimum to reduce procurement costs and maximize your benefits.

Simple accessories take about 10 days, special accessories about 20 days, plus shipping time. Larger quantities may require additional production time.

First-time customers must pay in full before production begins. Payment is primarily by T/T wire transfer. PayPal is accepted for amounts under USD 300. Please contact us for specific details.

We have a contract with DHL offering preferential express rates, or you can arrange your own freight forwarder. For sea freight, we usually ship from Xiamen or Shenzhen ports. Other ports can be arranged with advance notice.
